A good commissioning campaign is planned a year before first gas: systems handed over in the right order, catalysts reduced correctly the first time, operators drilled on the steps that only happen once. We have commissioned and restarted syngas plants across four decades, and we know where campaigns slip: incomplete pre-commissioning, unrealistic sequences, and crews facing procedures they have never rehearsed.

When to engage us

For a greenfield project, during detailed engineering, so commissionability is designed in rather than bolted on. For a turnaround or revamp restart, three to six months ahead, while procedures and sequences can still be fixed on paper.
